REFUND POLICY

  1. In certain cases, where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  • In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged by delivery/factory defective, we will process a replacement of the particular accessory.
  • During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you receive a different or damaged product, you will be given a refund (on-the-spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
  • For products where installation is provided by Krif Ghana Engineering Personnel, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Krif Ghana Engineering Personnel shall help in the unboxing and installation of the product.
  • In the case we are not able to process replacement a refund will be done subject the damage is not caused by the buyer.

‘In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation”

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are factory defective or damaged through delivery.

Delivery

Delivery charge varies depending on the location and price of the item.
eg: Items above GHS 400 qualify for Free Shipping therefore customer should expect a change in cost of Delivery should an item be lesser than GHS 400.

Delivery Charges

Delivery of the item should be expected within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Time Item was ordered. eg: Should the item be ordered after working hours, delivery should be expected the next day.
  • Product availability.
  • The destination to which you want the order delivered.
